Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex projects and transformation programmes, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Manage projects across the full lifecycle, including planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement and reporting.
Lead multidisciplinary teams involving clients, consultants and third-party providers.
Deliver digital transformation initiatives, including automation, technology implementation and operational improvements.
Support customer experience transformation, including customer journey mapping and redesign across retail banking products such as mortgages, loans and credit cards.
Develop project plans, RAID logs, governance reports and other key documentation.
Engage senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops and manage business requirements.
Use customer and operational data to identify improvements and measure transformation outcomes.
Contribute to business development activities, including client proposals, tenders and consulting propositions.
