Essential skills required * Qualifications: MBA/Master’s degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes or equivalent post-graduation/ diploma or UG with minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience * Good understanding of the US Regulatory landscape and key regulations like CCAR/DFAST * Good knowledge of key US regulatory reports like Y9C, FRY 14A/Q/M, 14Q, 2052a, Y15, FFIEC reports etc. * Prior knowledge and exposure on Basel requirements is preferred * Team and project management experience is a must * Proficient MS Office skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills Business Process Excellence
