YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a seasoned Programme Delivery Lead with a proven track record in delivering multi-channel solutions across customer and mobile systems in a financial services context.

The ideal candidate will be at a Director level, and will be responsible for the delivery of technology solutions that enhance customer engagement through multiple channels, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery complex multi-channel technology solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Leading the interaction with senior client stakeholders, to resolve important questions and challenges regarding the solution design, plan and budget of a complex customer channels technology transformation
  • Leading diverse experts working across various teams, including business stakeholders, workstream leads, system and functional experts, technical architects, developers and others to define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for project status, risk management, and issue resolution. Representing and explaining project progress to the most senior client stakeholders
  • Ensuring the application of best practices in project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the overall programme team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-channel solution projects with a blue-chip consulting firm.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, Microsoft platforms (such as Dynamics 365 and Azure), EIS, and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management skills, with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) being highly desirable.
  • Experience operating in a fast paced, multi-vendor environment.
  • Experience in delivering business value from technology as well as communicating the value to senior business stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stakeholder Management and working collaboratively with Development and Testing teams to deliver high quality solutions that meet client and user business needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation in a project context.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements relevant to multi-channel solutions.
