Qualifications

• Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills to design developmentally appropriate and engaging learning activities.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interaction with children, families, and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to participate in professional development and apply new practices in the classroom.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field are preferred.
• Knowledge of child development, classroom management, and safeguarding practices is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and adapt to the needs of children with different backgrounds and abilities is important.
• Previous experience teaching in an Fs1 or similar early years setting in a school or nursery environment is an advantage.
