About the role The Mozn brand is alive within a plethora of stakeholder touchpoints and therefore the most suitable candidate for the Senior Business Development Executive would be driving business growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals What you'll do Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and Mozn growth objectives. Articulate how AI solutions address FSI pain points such as regulatory compliance, AML/KYC, fraud detection, credit risk, and governance. Engage with Chief Risk Officers, Compliance Heads, and Data Executives to map our solutions to regulatory frameworks Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by effectively prospecting and qualifying leads. Build technical and business content for proposals, liaising with the Sales Engineer Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners in the FSI ecosystem Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations. Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiations contracts, terms, conditions, and follow-up activities to win new business. Ensuring that sales and business development targets are met. Communicate business impact and ROI of AI solutions, linking technology capabilities to strategic outcomes. Drive long-term customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities through proactive engagement. Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with customer needs and ensure successful implementations. Lead RFP responses and commercial negotiations, ensuring compliance with procurement standards and internal governance. Represent the company in FSI conferences, webinars, and industry panels to strengthen brand visibility and credibility. Build alliances with consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners to expand reach and influence. Attend industry events, conferences, meetings, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote the Mozn's offerings. Qualifications 5–10 years of sales experience in the financial services or fintech industry, preferably in AI, analytics, regtech, or risk technology Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Solid understanding of risk management, compliance, fraud prevention, and digital transformation in banking and insurance. Demonstrated success in consultative and value-driven sales, achieving or exceeding revenue goals. Experience in account management and customer success to ensure recurring business and strong client relationships. Strong network within banks, financial regulators, Insurance, and fintech ecosystems Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Outstanding multitasking abilities.
