Management Level: Class 10 This position is responsible for daily GMP audits, Blood temperature verification, Magnet Logs, Raw Material Inspection Forms, Daily Sanitation Forms. Responsible for weekly Preventive Control Logs and Sanitation Weekly verification and quarterly Master Sanitation Logs and Temperature Monitoring Calibration. Responsible for, when needed, Returned Goods/Rework Product, Non-conforming product Review/inspection, FDA Plant Visit/Audit, Customer Plant Visit/Audit, and 3rd Party Audits. Assure all policies and procedures are adhered to including food safety. Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Must be able and willing to stand and walk on hard, wet, and slippery surfaces for long periods of time, crouch, squat, climb stairs and ladders, and occasionally crawl. Must be able to repetitively lift (occasionally overhead), push, pull, and carry 60 pounds individually and more with assistance. Must be able to continuously and repetitively grasp, reach, pinch, and hold small, medium, and large sized objects frequently. Must be able to work cold and/or hot, humid, wet, environment, 15 degrees to 100 degrees. Necessary paperwork, filing and other duties as needed per general supervisor. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic computer skills are preferred. Working knowledge of rendering preferred. The ability to work across 3 shifts as needed to train and observe compliance activities. Primary shift will be A, but need flexibility to work other shifts as needed. Must have no more than 5 attendance points at time posting closes. Must have no safety suspensions within 1 year at time of posting closes. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
