Your responsibilities will include: Executing microbiological testing to verify commercial sterility of finished goods. Carrying out environmental monitoring in accordance with the site’s program. Managing storage, organization, and shipping of product samples. Performing water testing and sensory evaluations. Creating Certificates of Analysis (COA) and supporting product release processes. Coordinating calibration, maintenance, and verification of lab instruments and equipment. Developing and validating testing methods for raw materials and finished products. Managing external laboratory testing programs. Supporting root cause investigations and customer complaint resolutions. Performing positive release processes and maintaining organized, accurate records. Upholding cleanliness and safety within the FSQ lab environment. Supporting inventory control for lab supplies and reagents. Contributing to continuous improvement and documentation practices in line with FSQ standards. Ensuring compliance with GMPs, corporate safety protocols, and regulatory standards. Requirements What You’ll Need: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail with the ability to record and interpret testing results accurately. Ability to follow and enforce standard operating procedures and safety practices. Basic understanding of food safety and lab protocols. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field. Minimum of 1 year experience working in a laboratory environment within the food, beverage, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry.
