This role partners with product development, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure supplier compliance, manage risk, and support successful product launches. The analyst also works directly with supplier manufacturing sites and participates in auditing and continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Do Provide food safety & quality (FSQ) compliance expertise to internal teams and customer-facing initiatives Partner with business and procurement teams to address supplier compliance questions Manage supplier approvals, risk assessments, and annual supplier performance reviews Maintain supplier documentation and databases (TraceGains, Ross, Product Vision) Support new product trials and launches from a food safety perspective Serve as a subject matter expert to operations and educate facilities on best practices and upcoming regulatory or program changes Participate in internal auditing programs and potential supplier audits Support FSQ management and senior FSQ quality engineering initiatives Travel approximately 20% for supplier and inter-plant visit Requirements What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience in supply chain, food safety, quality, or compliance Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to quickly learn detailed processes and systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively Comfort interacting with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
