Referral bonus program Tuition reimbursement HSA Medical plan option with annual company contribution Perks at Work – discounts on shopping, travel & more Proven continued business growth for future opportunities What You’ll Do Create and Review Batch Sheets based on the Ingredients Production Schedule Create COA, review the product specifications and do the positive release of the IBU finished products Review, scan, and file Ingredients Production Batch Records in a timely manner Update and manage the Total Quality Matrix and Hold Summary for IBU Monitor the Ingredients product inventory and clear communication with Operations on what can be used for production Weekly reporting the Ingredients Release Schedule to Operations and Business Development Provide contribution towards root cause analysis and customer complaint investigations Calibration of in line instrument Ensure compliance with corporate/plant safety standards and with applicable regulatory requirements while following the company’s Good Manufacturing Practices Ensure all records and documents are complete, legible, and accurate, executed with required information in accordance with company’s procedures Execute Sensory Program for Finished Products Maintain organization of all batch records and files Other food safety and quality execution and improvement duties as assigned Requirements What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbally Ability to document, describe and interpret records and documented specifications Ability to enforce company procedures and policies Ability to document inspection findings legibly and with accuracy
Responsibilities
The FSQ Technician will create and review batch sheets, manage product specifications, and ensure compliance with safety standards. They will also monitor inventory and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
