What You’ll Do As an FSR at Innovations, you’ll be a frontline ambassador delivering exceptional service: Member Relationships & Accounts * Open and maintain deposit, business, and IRA accounts * Understand member needs and recommend solutions Lending Support & Consultation * Assist with loan applications and basic lending guidance * FSR III supports coaching within the team Transactions & Service Delivery * Accurately process member transactions * Maintain cash drawer balance and compliance Team Engagement & Development * Participate in ongoing training * Contribute to branch goals and promotional campaigns Operational Excellence * Uphold branch standards and service expectations Who You Are * High school diploma or GED * Customer-focused with strong communication skills * Comfortable making decisions and solving problems * Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine branch tasks Growth Path At Innovations, your role can evolve. Many team members start as FSRs and move into leadership, lending, coaching, or specialized service roles through performance, skill development, and initiative.

Responsibilities

Act as a frontline ambassador by opening deposit and business accounts and recommending financial solutions to members. Process member transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer balance and supporting loan applications.
