Job Description As the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) Point of Contact (POC), you will serve as a critical link between the Global Finance Process Office (GFPO) and the Shared Service delivery teams. You will ensure that global finance process standards, ERP integration requirements, and transformation initiatives are effectively translated into daily operations. You will align FSSC practices with the global operating model, facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies, and manage operational escalations to safeguard business continuity. In this role, you will handle governance, communication, and continuous improvement across shared services delivery. Key Responsibilities Serve as the key link between GFPO and FSSCs, ensuring consistent communication, process adoption, and issue resolution. Translate global finance integration requirements, ERP guidelines, and policy updates into actionable instructions for FSSC teams. Collect feedback on operational challenges, system issues, and process gaps; escalate and collaborate on improvements. Ensure FSSC execution aligns with global finance standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements; flag deviations. Act as the primary escalation point for daily operational issues, coordinating with leadership and global teams for resolution. Support FSSC readiness for ERP rollouts and transformation initiatives through training, communication, and adoption tracking. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 7–10 years of experience in Finance Shared Services, with exposure to process governance, ERP implementations, and issue management. Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion or equivalent). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL, or Project Management certification. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global and regional teams. Proven ability to coordinate issue resolution and act as an escalation point under pressure. Good understanding of finance processes (OTC, STP, RTR, Billing & e-Compliance) in shared services environments. Analytical problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset. Ability to translate global requirements into operational actions at FSSC level. High attention to compliance, control, and audit standards. Additional Information Why SGS?
