Assembly Technician – 4x10 Workweek Location: Batesville, IN Med-Mizer is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling bed frames and therapy equipment according to technical drawings, procedures, and instructions. The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, and able to thrive both independently and as part of a team. Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Enjoy a consistent 4-day workweek with 3-day weekends! Overtime opportunities available as needed. Key Responsibilities: Assemble bed frames and therapy equipment by reading and following technical drawings, procedures, and instructions. Work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Demonstrate dependability, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Qualifications & Skills: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Ability to read and understand procedures and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Team-oriented with excellent work ethic and reliability. Physically able to lift and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
