Your Role as a Vivia Assistant: As a Vivia assistant, you’ll work one-on-one with clients in your designated neighborhoods, build meaningful relationships and help them maintain their independence and quality of life. You’ll be part of a supportive team, work a consistent full-time schedule, and even receive a company car to help you travel easily between client homes. Our Vivia assistants are CNAs or Nurse Aides who: Receive a COMPANY CAR + gas reimbursement Earn $23 PER HOUR + Bonuses Work a CONSISTANT FULL TIME schedule Receive GUARANTEED 40 HOURS* except during some holidays Work DESIGNATED NEIGHBORHOOD(S) Work with a CONSISTENT GROUPS OF CLIENTS WORK CLOSELY and are SUPPORTED by a designated RN team leader and scheduler. Responsibilities
