This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys multitasking, mentoring teams, and managing complex operations—all while maintaining a culture of care and service. A Typical Day: Leadership & Strategy Lead and motivate supervisors and frontline teams Establish departmental goals, policies, and procedures Foster teamwork, accountability, and a service-focused culture Operational Excellence Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, grounds, and security operations Implement preventive maintenance and efficient scheduling Assess performance, staffing needs, and equipment usage People Management Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff Conduct performance reviews and manage corrective actions Drive employee engagement, training, and development Budget & Resource Management Develop and manage the departmental budget Ensure responsible use of resources and community funds Maintain timely and accurate financial processes Collaboration & Compliance Partner with clinical, administrative, and operational teams Participate in facility committees as needed Ensure compliance with Resident Rights and regulatory requirements Requirements What Makes You a Great Fit You’re an organized, adaptable leader who can manage multiple priorities without missing details You communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse teams and residents You take pride in accountability, professionalism, and high service standards Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (business management preferred) Minimum of 5 years of management experience in hospitality, senior living, or a community-based environment Proven supervisory experience, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management Strong verbal and written communication skills Why Join Us?
