Typical shifts run between 11:00am and 7:30pm; Flexible Schedule options exist however work would generally be required on at-least one weekend day. Responsibilities

The Line Cook prepares all hot and cold food items for residents and personnel according to standardized recipes and production sheets, while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and food handling practices. Responsibilities also include meeting daily with the Sous Chef to confirm production amounts, techniques, and timing for meal services and special functions.
