Summary: To assist the customer with questions, accurate data entry for invoicing and credits and maintaining accurate files.  Location: Hanover, MD Hourly Rate: Start $18.15 with quarterly increases to $22.24 at one year Standard Work Hours:  M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.   ·Daily entry of invoices and credits ·Working local email requests ·Routing internal/ external phone calls  ·General office functions to included but not limited filing and maintaining local reports ·Maintaining local inventory matching (3-way match) ·Working with receiving team to maintain inventory reports accuracy  Competency:                                                      To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Communication Computer Skills (Basic Excel/Word knowledge)  Delivers Results Dependability Employee Engagement/Loyalty Initiative Internet Savvy Interpersonal Skills Job Knowledge Professionalism Quality Self Awareness Work Environment/Safety Integrity   Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
