Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays. The Houseperson is responsible for providing outstanding guest service while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Essential Functions: - Houseperson Ensure all public space in the hotel is clean and well maintained. Report any maintenance issues to Supervisor or through Work Order program. Assist Room Attendants and Laundry attendants as necessary throughout the shift. Removal of trash and soiled linen from Room Attendant carts. Assist in setting up, tearing down, and removal of trash from meeting rooms. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and reach over shoulders repetitively. Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds. Requirements Supportive Functions: Assist guests as needed Assist in delivery of clean linens to storage rooms or carts. Assist in removal of soiled linen and terry from guest rooms. Other duties as assigned by hotel management. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
