Description We are excited to introduce a brand-new opportunity within our expanding Assisted Living services at Seafields by Bishop Gadsden! As we open our new Assisted Living neighborhood, we are seeking compassionate, service-driven individuals to join our team. This role provides efficient administrative support and hands-on resident care while delivering a high-quality, professional, and resident-centered experience. You will play a key role in fostering independence, dignity, and well-being for our residents. A Typical Day: Provide hands-on resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Support resident independence, dignity, and overall well-being Assist with dining needs, including escorting residents and in-room service Follow care plans and observe/report changes in resident condition Document resident care accurately and timely in the EHR Participate in shift reports, walking rounds, and team communication Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with residents, families, and team members Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols Assist with additional tasks such as laundry, meal support, and responding to resident needs Requirements What We Need In A Candidate: High school diploma or equivalent required Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification Must be at least 18 years old and in good physical health Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, service-focused environment Compassion and interpersonal skills for working with residents and families Ability to read, write, and understand English Basic comprehension of numbers and written materials What A Candidate Can Expect From Seafields by Bishop Gadsden: Be part of a brand new, state-of-the art, mission-driven organization that values safety, dignity, and community Competitive pay and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and much more!)
