Position Summary... To support the Store Manager in the management of store operations according to Company guidelines and lead Associates to ensure friendly, helpful service and drive profitable department sales. In addition, supports the Pharmacy Manager through the effective management of the OTC Pharmacy Department. What you'll do... 1. End-to-end responsibility for Department 40. 2. Receive Department 40 product, process stock, modular integrity, handle basic POS. 3. Provides and enforces a safe working environment ensuring that Associates complete the required in-store Certification/licensing programs and work in accordance with Company policies, procedures and relevant government legislation. 4. Establish and develop a strong working relationship with Division 1 Management. Responsibilities

The Over-the-Counter Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and leading associates to ensure excellent customer service and profitable sales. They are also responsible for managing the OTC Pharmacy Department, including product handling, stock processing, and ensuring compliance with safety and government regulations.
