Description Bishop Gadsden, a premier continuing care retirement community, is seeking a skilled Painter to support the upkeep and appearance of our beautiful campus. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys working in a community-focused environment. What You’ll Do: Perform interior and exterior painting with a high standard of quality and efficiency Prepare surfaces through repair, removal, and finishing techniques Maintain painting supplies and meet project schedules Follow all safety, PPE, and HazMat procedures Communicate progress and completion of work with supervisors Apply various finishes and sheens correctly Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed Safely trap and neutralize wildlife when required Requirements What We’re Looking For: Professional painting experience required High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding Valid South Carolina driver’s license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work (standing, climbing, bending, etc.) Why Bishop Gadsden?
