Bishop Gadsden is seeking a Retail Manager to lead our unique, mission-driven retail operations. This position oversees three distinctive retail spaces on our campus: Eliza’s Attic (curated resale boutique), The Village Shop, and Stahly Boutique, offering clothing, gifts, and specialty items. You’ll partner closely with team members and resident volunteers to create welcoming, customer-focused retail experiences while driving operational excellence and sales performance.
