Lead and equip team in the retail operations of the store, including the handling of cash and credit card payments, refunds, and all functions of the POS system in order to ensure the accuracy and security of all transactions. 2. Lead and train store staff in stocking store shelves and clothing racks, in order to provide customers with maximum shopping opportunities. 3. Responsible for the training of new employees in order to ensure the employees have all essential training needed to be successful in their position. 4. Complete, with accuracy, all financial reporting and bank deposits, to ensure truthful reporting and recording of daily sales and donations. 5. Complete with accuracy and a high level of organization all administrative needs of the store including schedules, coaching documentation, performance logs and any other necessary documentation that is needed for the operation of the department. 6. Communicate regularly with the Director of Operations to ensure all store issues, praises, employee relations, etc. are addressed.  7. Lead and equip team by living out our Mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide as well as carrying out our Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable. Skills & Requirements 1. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with an excellent command of the English language. 2. Must have a commitment to KARM Stores’ mission and mission statement. 3. Computer skills to include general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.   4. Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form 5. Stand – up to 100% of a standard work day. 6. Lifting and Bending – up to 75% of a standard work day.
Responsibilities
Lead and equip the retail team in daily operations, including POS transactions, financial reporting, and bank deposits. Responsible for training staff, managing administrative documentation, and coordinating with the Director of Operations.
