What You’ll Be Doing: Educating & Empowering Staff Lead orientation and ongoing training for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Keep clinical skills sharp with hands-on competency checks Be the supportive mentor staff turn to when they want to grow Creating a Culture of Learning Develop fun, engaging in-services and education programs Share evidence-based practices that improve resident outcomes Infection Prevention Leadership Help guide our infection prevention and control program Track trends, support best practices, and keep residents safe Partner with leadership on compliance and survey readiness Resident & Family Education Teach residents and families about care plans, treatments, and health needs Support understanding, comfort, and confidence throughout their stay Nursing School Liaison Be the friendly face connecting our facility with nursing school clinical rotations Coordinate student experiences and help build the future of nursing Requirements What We’re Looking For: Active RN license 2+ years nursing experience (SNF/LTC a plus!)
