Description Bishop Gadsden, a respected continuing care retirement community, is seeking an experienced Senior Living Advisor – Marketing to support and grow apartment and cottage occupancy through strategic marketing initiatives and meaningful relationship-building with prospective residents and their families. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role ideal for a seasoned marketing or sales professional who is passionate about senior living and delivering a welcoming, service-oriented experience. What You’ll Do: Sales & Prospect Management Qualify prospective residents according to community standards. Build relationships with prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to move-in. Coordinate move-in schedules with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition. Maintain and oversee accurate prospect tracking and reporting systems, including appointments, pending sales, and completed move-ins. Participate as a member of the Admissions Committee. Relationship Building & Community Engagement Foster a culture of welcome, care, and support for prospective and current residents. Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and internal staff. Represent Bishop Gadsden professionally to the public and broader community. Collaboration & Professional Standards Maintain effective communication across departments. Promote teamwork, safety, and compliance with facility policies, Resident Rights, and HIPAA. Attend required meetings, educational programs, and community events. Uphold professional appearance, conduct, and fiscal responsibility. Requirements What We Need In A Candidate: Bachelor’s Degree in business / marketing preferred or education, training and experience equivalent and sufficient to perform basic job functions. Minimum 5-years in marketing and/or sales experience. Passion for serving seniors and a deep understanding of the senior living industry. Proficiency in CRM software Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to learn specialized programs (e.g. CRM software). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use proper discretion and judgment as well as to maintain confidentiality and safeguard protected data. Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, and lift (up to 50 pounds +/-) to file and fulfill general position duties.
