Join the Team at Tiger's Trail RV Resort! Tiger's Trail RV Resort is seeking motivated, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our team. Help keep our resort beautiful, safe, and operating smoothly for our guests! If you enjoy working in a friendly, outdoor hospitality environment and take pride in providing excellent guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Qualifications: Maintain campground grounds, campsites, and common areas Mow, trim, and perform general landscaping duties Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs Monitor facilities and address maintenance concerns Assist with equipment upkeep and seasonal projects Help maintain campground amenities, including the swimming pool Ensure grounds and facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards Must pass background check Must have valid driver license Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, or related experience Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general repairs Pool maintenance experience or knowledge strongly preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor Competitive pay for all hours worked Free or discounted RV site (if applicable) Generous yearly PTO Career-like benefits Matching 401k (after 6 months of employment)
