SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Transformation Lead, Global Marketing Excellence, Integration and Change leads the completion of marketing integration and change management for Marketing and Insights globally. It is responsible for establishing the ‘new’ brand positioning and strategy that amplifies T&L centralised/global capabilities (eg Sustainability, Future of Food etc) which is executed through Regions. Against this strategy, the role defines the Marketing Capability framework and plan to execute over next 2 years. The role creates cohesion in end to end Marketing through all the new company processes, but specifically the Marketing Planning process.
