Description
Lead Level 3 support role with global responsibility for the applications related to Data Distribution Domain. Day to day handling of change, incidents, escalations and problem management. This includes application server administration. Technical troubleshooting of infrastructure and user incidents. Server and application deployments and task automation Minimum 10+ years' experience working in an operations support role. Strong knowledge of HTTP, FTP/STFP, SQL, Databases and general data transfer technologies. Should also be comfortable with system administration of Unix/Linux and Windows infrastructure/Application. Scripting of operational administration tasks in Java, PowerShell and/or Python (preferred), Perl, Shell Scripting or other. Experience in troubleshooting complex issues related to network, databases, storage, security and operation systems. The individual should have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in high pressure situations for Incident and problem management. Flexible to be on-call work on a rotation basis.
