Description
The company is looking for an energetic Fuel and Lubricants Supply Officer keen to pursue a career in a multinational organization. The person will report to the Fuel and Lubricant Supply Manager of the company and will be part of a team of professionals responsible for purchasing and distributing fuels and lubricants to a network of over 90 petrol stations in the country. Main responsibilities: Managing the end-to-end process of fuel orders - from creation to delivery to terminals and petrol stations; Monitoring daily deliveries, coordinating closely with logistics partners and colleagues to ensure smooth operations; Tracking and recording daily operational activity in the ERP system (SAP), as well as correcting discrepancies; Updating supplier prices daily in the EWP system to maintain full accuracy; Processing of invoices, customs declarations and other documents related to the purchasing of light fuels and LPG; Preparing insightful regular and ad-hoc reports to support strategic decisions. What are we looking for: A University Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or Chemical Engineering; Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a must.
