Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manger to join our team. The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our building project, meeting with project partners, managing supervisors, and teams. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company. Responsibilities * Primarily office-based role * Develops and maintains project schedules * Selects, coordinates, and manages subcontractors and suppliers * Tracks/reviews project budgets weekly with the Construction Manager * Manages change orders from initiation through approval * Coordinates project billing and invoicing * Serves as the primary point of contact for client communications * Leads pre-construction meetings * Provides daily and weekly project status reports to clients as required * Coordinates activities with customer-provided vendors * Schedules and manages vendor, material, and equipment deliveries * Coordinates with vendors and customers to resolve missing equipment or parts * Ensures all required inspections are completed * Coordinates outside agency and third-party inspections, including DEP and other authorities * Obtains Certificates of Occupancy (CO) as required * Manages project closeout documentation and delivers final packages to the customer * Facilitates lessons learned sessions with internal stakeholders * Manage multiple projects concurrently Requirements and Skills Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role Industry experience preferred Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations Excellent leadership and team management skills Exceptional communication and organizational skills Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Compensation and Benefits PTO 401(k) match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
