Department Supply Chain Position Fuel Depot Officer Location Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan Qualification Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred. Experience Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in fuel handling, logistics, or depot management. Requirements Strong knowledge of fuel handling procedures, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to operate fuel dispensing and storage equipment safely. Proficiency in inventory management software and tools. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in outdoor environments. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the fuel depot, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of fuel. Monitor fuel levels and ensure adequate stock to meet operational requirements. Ensure that all fuel handling procedures comply with safety regulations and environmental standards. Perform regular checks on fuel storage tanks, pumps, and other equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition. Coordinate fuel deliveries, managing schedules to ensure timely receipt and distribution. Maintain accurate records of fuel inventory, receipts, and dispatches. Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent spills, leaks, and other hazards. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure fuel needs are met efficiently. Conduct periodic audits of fuel stock and report discrepancies or issues to management. Provide training to depot staff on safe fuel handling procedures and emergency response protocols.
