Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for food, beverages, and guest experience? Deck Amsterdam, the lively restaurant at YOTEL Amsterdam, is looking for an energetic and skilled FUEL (F&B) Supervisor to lead our team and ensure outstanding service for our guests!What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations of our F&B service, ensuring high standards in food quality and guest experience.
  • Lead and support the team during service, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate the seamless delivery of international homemade dishes and all-day snacks.
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and monitor stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Occasionally assist in morning shifts and support breakfast service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an F&B supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Passion for international cuisine and exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work afternoon shifts with occasional morning shifts as needed.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
