Description Assist the Director of Fuel Supply in Fuel Supply Chain Management to maximize the process efficiency in producing products and services for the company. Responsibilities: · Create and send daily or weekly price quotes for fuel accounts · Setup and maintain price tables in accounting system and customer pricing on customer profiles · Provides customer service by responding to customer inquiries and concerns · Process and track fuel purchasing · Manage and verify fuel pricing uploads to accounting system and bulk facilities · Assist in maximizing contract volume liftings · Manage daily fuel supplier and customer allocations · Prepare reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing and summarizing information as needed · Monitor fuel sales, margins, and competitor behavior to maximize profits by site · Identifies, researches and resolves all fuel supply processing issues · Interfaces with internal departments to resolve fuel payment matters timely and accurately · Manage communication for end of month fuel inventories · Attend and participate in bi-weekly sales, transportation and supply meetings · Performs other duties as assigned by management Salary Range: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental Insurance, 401k with company match, Identity theft protection ROC is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAll Qualified Applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteranVEVRAA Federal Contractor requesting referral of protected veterans Requirements Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Preferred • Previous experience working in Supply Chain and Fuel Industry preferred • Identify and implement opportunities to improve existing processes • Ability to stay organized and manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines • Experience with accounting software, knowledge of DM2, AXXIS, Epicor Profit 21 is a plus • Proficient computer skills of Microsoft Office applications with specific emphasis on excel • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well in a team environment
