Description This position is responsible for overseeing Fuel Truck Drivers to meet customer needs and resolve issues while ensuring the highest level of safety. Primary Responsibilities Maintains an up-to-date listing of assigned drivers Ensures access to an up-to-date route sheet for each scheduled route Ensures that each scheduled route is appropriately covered by utilizing available relief or substitute drivers Maintains an accurate daily attendance roster of drivers Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of DOT regulations Oversee transportation of fuel, inventory levels, daily pricing, market movement, warehousing, deliveries, reloading with minimal downtime and efficient route planning Ensures that drivers clock their times accurately and that any write-in time is accurately reflected on the daily report Coordinates with drivers to resolve any issues, problems, or concerns that arise during delivery Perform a variety of clerical support duties as assigned Benefits We offer a full benefits package including, health, dental, vision, and more 401(k) plans with company match Company paid life insurance and short-term disability Eligible for monthly bonus Paid time off Six paid holidays Requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be available to take calls on weekends and evenings Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in previous fuel dispatch
