Description

Role: Fuelcard Administration Assistant
Location: Motherwell
Hours: Full-time. 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday (early finish on a Friday 2:30pm)

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • A high level of accuracy is required for this role to ensure the needs of our customers and sales teams are met
  • Must be able to work as part of a busy team
  • Excellent communication with others is required
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work to timescales to ensure customers receive cards
  • Previous experience in an administration role would be beneficial
Responsibilities
  • General administration tasks, emails, Excel, internal communication
  • Arranging for cards to be sent out to customers
  • Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner
  • Working within a team to meet our customers needs
  • Picking up additional tasks when required
  • Sending and responding to emails
