Description The FuelCloud Technician is responsible for the installation and configuration of the Fuel Cloud management system for Great Lakes’ customers, utilizing a well-developed, structured and comprehensive internal training program to ensure organizational standards and technical requirements are followed. Job Responsibilities: Perform on-site installation, repair and maintenance of the Fuel Cloud fuel management system. Identify technical issues, calibrate equipment, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure proper equipment function and operation. Provide support, training and guidance to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment. Keep accurate documentation of equipment installations, repairs, and service calls. Manage, track and stock inventory of replacement parts and equipment for onsite services Maintain clean and organized work environment both at onsite installations and company locations. Safely operate and maintain clean and organized company service vehicle. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Skills: Working knowledge of electrical systems and low- and high-voltage wiring. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and customer service skills. Coachable with a willingness to learn and follow guidance. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong attention to detail and work ethic. Experience with electronic systems and field service software. Able to travel several hours to service locations as needed. Comfortable working around hazardous materials while following safety procedures. Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two (2) years of electric work experience /or Technical certification or relevant vocational training considered Familiarity with industry safety standards Valid driver's license Pass background check Travel Required: Up to 50%
