Position Overview: Business Solution Architect – Consumer Banking & Lending (BFSI)
We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead business & technology strategy, architecture, and transformation design across the Consumer Banking & Lending domains within the BFSI sector. This role requires deep functional understanding of retail banking, lending products, and customer lifecycle journeys, combined with the ability to architect scalable, secure, and modern technology solutions that drive business growth, compliance, and operational agility. The ideal candidate will bring cross-domain expertise in banking operations, digital customer experience, data architecture, lending lifecycle (origination through servicing and capital markets), and technology modernization.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Architecture Design & Strategy

Develop comprehensive end-to-end business solution architectures for banking and lending capabilities including account opening, onboarding, personal loans, auto finance, and residential mortgages.

Define and maintain architecture blueprints, reference models, and system integration patterns across core, digital, data, and cloud layers.

Provide leadership for legacy modernization initiatives including core banking replacement, lending platform upgrades, and omni-channel transformation.
