About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Fulfillment Analyst to support our Supply Chain and Operations teams. This role will focus on analyzing fulfillment performance, cost efficiency, and inventory accuracy to ensure smooth operations across RYZE’s global network. You’ll transform data into actionable insights that drive better decision-making around fulfillment operations, carrier performance, and logistics spend. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with large datasets, pivot tables, and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in CPG, eCommerce, or fulfillment operations is strongly preferred. What You’ll Do Analyze fulfillment, logistics, and inventory data to identify trends, variances, and areas for optimization. Monitor order fulfillment metrics including cost, accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Support daily and weekly reporting on warehouse performance, order volumes, and carrier SLAs. Track and reconcile fulfillment costs across warehouses, carriers, and partners. Partner with the Supply Chain team to improve order routing, shipping efficiency, and cost per shipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Customer Service) to resolve discrepancies in data or performance reporting. Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel or Google Sheets for visibility into key metrics. Support ad hoc data analysis and process improvement initiatives as assigned. Maintain accurate records of fulfillment partners, performance benchmarks, and cost structures. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred. 2–4 years of experience working in fulfillment, logistics, or operations analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data visualization). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Experience working with logistics, inventory, or fulfillment datasets. Familiarity with ERP or fulfillment systems (e.g., NetSuite, Shopify, ShipBob, or similar). Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Clear communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones. Prior experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), eCommerce, or fast-growth startup environments strongly preferred.
