Description Job Summary: The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for executing daily order fulfillment tasks with a strong focus on computer-based processing and digital workflow management. This role uses various software systems, scanners, and online platforms to accurately process, track, and complete customer orders. The associate ensures data accuracy, supports efficient picking and packing, and leverages technology to maintain smooth and timely fulfillment operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Execute daily order fulfillment activities including electronic order processing, system-based picking, digital packing workflows, and shipment preparation. Use computer systems, warehouse management software, and RF scanners to process orders and maintain inventory accuracy. Apply critical thinking to interpret system-generated instructions, resolve discrepancies, and follow best practices for digital order processing. Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate electronic inventory records. Process returned orders and materials using company software and documentation tools. Use FedEx/UPS platforms and related shipping software to generate labels and prepare packages. Operate production equipment and automated systems used in fulfillment operations. Troubleshoot order or system issues by following standard procedures and escalating appropriately. Read, interpret, and fulfill digital work orders. Load outgoing shipments and receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory. Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and customer expectations. Communicate effectively across teams to ensure fulfillment accuracy and efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of two (2) years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or production environments Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, or RF scanning equipment Experience with carrier shipping platforms (e.g., UPS, FedEx) Familiarity with order-processing systems, barcode scanners, or similar technology.
