Spreetail is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to lead day-to-day activities with responsibility for the overall safety, quality, performance and team member experience of Fulfillment Center Operations in Germany.

• Dedicated to quality and high standards, with impeccable attention to detail
• Experience working in a fulfillment center environment, walking and standing for extended periods of time, lifting to 30KG, bending, and using mechanical equipment as part of production activities
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to handle ambiguity, changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
• Experienced in MS Office, and other operating systems
