Job Summary: Flowserve is looking for a talented and skilled General Clerk Operations that will responsible for the smooth organizational processes and the timely and correct entry of all orders and their changes. Responsibilities & Requirements: Processing order confirmations from preparation to completion Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure adherence to those standards. Process and verify customer orders in the system through the pegging report. Maintain and update customer weekly update with repair status and ETA. Daily and weekly engage with supplies to expedite the repair cycle time and update accuracy. Daily backlog review and update of the repair order and issuing picklist. Weekly follows up with production team to expedite the repair. Monitor inventory levels and to expedite the repair process. Ensure orders are packed and shipped according to customer specifications. Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or issues. Address and resolve any discrepancies in orders, by evaluating alternatives. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory movements. Carrier portal access to monitor movement for update accuracy. Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance order fulfilment efficiency. Supporting ARAMCO contracts as backup. Preferred Experience / Skills: - Several years of experience in the entire back-office management area - Good knowledge of MS Office programs - Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) - Experience in Oracle or ERP systems - Basic knowledge of bookkeeping - Independent way of working - Good communication skills - Good time- and self-management as well as good work organization resilience
