The Fulfillment Coordinator supports warehouse operations by accurately processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders for stores and approved channels. This role is responsible for order accuracy, on-time fulfillment, inventory handling, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. The Fulfillment Coordinator communicates clearly when issues arise, follows standard processes, and helps the team deliver a consistent, reliable experience to the field.   Services and Duties. As Fulfillment Coordinator, you will support daily warehouse fulfillment and inventory activities. Essential duties include, but are not limited to:   * Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time based on established standards and ship schedules. * Process orders in designated systems and ensure order details match the request (items, quantities, shipping method, delivery notes). * Generate shipping labels, prepare cartons, and stage outbound shipments correctly. * Verify product condition, correct labeling, and packing quality to prevent damage and returns. * Communicate order issues (i.e., shortages, substitutions, delays, etc.) to the appropriate department in a timely way. * Receive, stock, and rotate inventory using proper handling practices and storage locations. * Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy by following count procedures and reporting variances. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, including end-of-shift cleanup and proper disposal of waste. * Operate warehouse equipment as assigned and trained, which may include pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts. * Follow safety policies, food safety handling expectations (as applicable), and facility procedures at all times. * Support internal deliveries as assigned, including safe operation of company vehicles if the role requires driving. * Crosstrain in related warehouse tasks to support coverage and business needs. * Participate in product quality processes as assigned (i.e., cupping support, quality checks, lot tracking). * Black Rock Coffee Bar reserves the right to add or modify duties and responsibilities at any time and at its sole discretion.   Professional Development. This role is on-site in a warehouse environment and requires physical work and consistent coordination with the warehouse team:   * Work performed primarily in warehouse and storage areas with varying temperatures, noise, and physical activity * Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and maneuver heavier loads with a hand truck or pallet jack (up to 150 pounds with equipment) * Frequent use of hands for grasping, handling packages, labeling, and operating equipment * Ability to operate computer and shipping systems as part of daily work   Benefits.
