If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you’ve found the right job posting. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and versatile supervisor to join our team. This role involves reheating and packaging food, managing the location, opening and closing the business, and handling POS and DoorDash systems. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and ensuring excellent food quality and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Reheat and package food items according to company standards. Ensure all food is prepared and presented consistently. Location Management: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Ensure all health and safety standards are met. Business Operations: Open and close the business in accordance with company procedures. Handle cash, manage the register, and reconcile daily transactions. POS and Delivery Systems: Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately. Manage online orders through DoorDash, including order preparation and timely delivery. Independent Work: Ability to perform tasks autonomously, solve problems as they arise, and prioritize duties effectively. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience as a cook or in a similar food preparation role preferred. Skills: Strong ability to reheat and package food, familiarity with POS systems, and experience with DoorDash or similar delivery platforms. Independence: Demonstrated capability to work independently with minimal supervision. Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation, cleanliness, and operational procedures. Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Capability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. Manual dexterity for handling kitchen equipment and packaging materials.
