Role: Fulfillment Manager Location: Capitol Heights, MD Exempt We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring Your Impact: Set strategic direction and manage fulfillment operations to ensure optimal distribution and delivery of finished products Hire, train, mentor, coach and develop team members Generate inventory reports, oversee barcode scan and delivery loading Create delivery routes, and oversee dispatch of safe deliveries Collaborate with leaders on orders, timelines, inventory quantity, production schedules and quality standards Your Strengths: You are passionate about the cannabis industry, the plant itself, and leading teams. You are highly detail-oriented and organized, and drive to achieve results You have excellent communication and customer service skills, and are able to coordinate effective communications between the facility, the sales team, and our customers.
