Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Fulfillment Operations Support is responsible for shipping, tracking and maintaining data for the software and token business at Entrust Datacard. Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast moving software industry, teamwork, and excellent customer service are core attributes for the role. This role will report to the Director of Project and Service Management in Dallas, Texas.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • Must have proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the Canada and have unrestricted work authorization for Canada

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Operations, International Business or related field or 3+ years experience working within High Tech logistics
  • Experience using Salesforce, Oracle EBS

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the distribution of commercial software and authenticator tokens
  • Create shipping documents for all domestic and international shipments; includes completing all required export documentation
  • Using desktop application: create license activation keys, install strings, serial numbers, seed files, etc.
  • Upload software and authenticator token distribution information to Oracle and Salesforce, management access (as necessary) notify the customer of software download availability, and ensure download via customer portal.
  • On an as needed basis, provide updates via email and phone calls to customers on order status
  • Managing the Entrust Datacard support verification account database

  • Provide Consultation and Advice to Others - Providing guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-, or process-related topics.
