The Role: As our Fulfillment & Service Team Member, you are responsible for processing high-quality bows and ensuring quality customer service both in person and online. This position will deliver value by ensuring the customer and consumer receive their goods to packaging standards and receive them promptly. What a Day in the Life Looks Like: · Serve as part of a team in fulfilling the product to the end customer. · Receive all UPS, Fed-Ex, and carrier shipments. · Prepare weekly and month-end finished goods inventory. · Coordinate shipping/receiving documentation with the sales department. · Attend daily huddles and company communication meetings.
