THE ROLE
As the final set of eyes on an order before it is shipped, the Contract - Fulfillment Specialist at Latercase curates the unboxing experience for each and every customer, ensuring that the correct items are packed and presented in a manner that exudes the minimalist aesthetic of our brand. Working closely with the eCommerce Operations Manager, and the full-time Fulfillment Specialist, the Contract - Fulfillment Specialist will aid in the picking and packing of orders, restocking of inventory on shelves, and performing quality control inspections on inbound shipments and returns. With a heightened focus on customer experience, they will ensure that every package leaving our warehouse gives our customers a world-class unboxing experience.
