Job Description The main goal of this team is to guarantee high quality in the renewal process, invoicing, and as a consequence a 30 days DSO* automation as much as possible of the actual process. *DSO= " average number of days taken by a firm to collect payment from their customers after the completion of a sale" This process will be managed by the Fulfillment Hub, under the Sales Operations organization, industrializing a replicable process. Qualifications Our desirable candidate would be somebody, with university credentials, overall in Finance, and Administration. Ideally, at least 2 years experience with Customer contact, participating on the Finance team or Sales team. The minimum required is to speak fluent English, but any additional language will be considered due to the number of different countrieswe work with. Our candidate will be somebody who likes to build processes, and not just repetitive tasks, even if sometimes we will need to spend time on more monotonous tasks with the objective to learn how to automate them. Somebody who likes to collaborate with sales teams, and who would like to develop a career in finance, or sales departments. Proactivity: To find solutions with external teams, such as CSM, Finance, or other members of Sales Operation. Detailed: We need to be very careful with details, we will be in front of customers. Customer-oriented: We as a SaaS company are responsible for Customer satisfaction, and it is very relevant that we give solutions instead of complexity to our customers sometimes having direct contact with them.
