More than 1,500 TOTO engineers and their colleagues are committed to achieving the seamless integration of performance, conservation, technology, and innovation.  Perks of the job, · Excellent benefit package which includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.  · Paid vacation, Paid Holiday & 401K, Company match after (1) one year that vests immediately upon participation · Collaborative, dynamic work environment within a fast-paced awesome company SUMMARY: The Fulfillment Specialist works closely with multiple teams, within and outside of the organization, updating the perpetual finished goods inventory and coordinates allocation of inventory to customer sales orders and confirm shipments DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Liaison between 3PL company and the Customer Service Department   * Manages receipts and adjustments of all inventory transactions for the fulfillment of  customer order  * Executes the daily allocation of distributor orders * Creates daily pick report for transportation, 3PL and management  * Assists in resolve of weekly & monthly reconciliation discrepancies * Assists with updating customs information for all inventory and imports goods systemic receiving * Updates item preference profile to newly registered items  * Assists in the process of claims overages  / shortages reported by claim department * Provides fulfillment duties and Logistics support to TOTO departments and 3PL organization * Daily contact with a variety of management and employees involved with distribution and logistics to include 3PL * Executes miscellaneous clerical and data entry related tasks as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: * This job has no supervisory responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or Equivalency * Three (3) years of related experience in logistics or production control * Strong attention to detail and time management skills * Great oral and written communication skills * Working knowledge of PC-based skills (examples: AS400, JDE, Word,  Access, Excel, Tableau) * Ability to work without close supervision * Must be detailed oriented * Strong ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality * Ability to work harmoniously with others Regardless of position or title, all TOTO employees are expected to provide the highest level of customer service and kindness for the organization.
