Description The Fulfillment Supervisor will report to the Senior Director of Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the vaults and fulfillment areas, including but not limited to receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders of cannabis flower or infused products. The Fulfillment Supervisor will ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and that customer satisfaction is always the top priority. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with staff, vendors, and other service providers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a team within a warehouse or distribution center, possess strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly. Duties and Responsibilities Assist in effectively managing a team a growing team of 10-15 specialists and/or leads to drive a high level of accuracy in all aspects of order fulfillment while meeting or exceeding company standards for productivity. Ensuring that dispensary orders are accurately fulfilled by processing orders through computer systems and communicating with fulfillment staff. Tracking performance metrics such as order cycle times, error rates, and dispensary acceptance rates to identify areas for improvement. Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies on a regular basis to ensure that the vaults are adequately stocked to ensure that there are enough products available to meet demand without having excess inventory that could be damaged or become outdated. Ensuring that all customer orders are fulfilled on time according to company policies and procedures. Providing customer service support to other departments within the company, such as marketing or sales, to help ensure smooth operations. Coordinating with purchasing to place orders for products or materials needed by the company. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline order fulfillment and improve overall efficiency. Train and develop fulfillment staff on proper picking, packing, and shipping techniques. Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to fulfillment in a prompt and professional manner. Prepare accurate and detailed reports on fulfillment metrics and KPIs on a regular basis. Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education 5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or order processing operation. Fluency with inventory tracking or fulfillment computer software. Detail-oriented with the ability to be consistently accurate with counts and data. Excellent written and verbal communication. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to obtain and maintain a State Agent ID. Compensation and Benefits $23+ per hour base, with space to negotiate per previous experience.
