The Inventory Support Clerk will catalog, organize, and notify clients of orders  returned to the Pharmacy as well as reshipping orders.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Assist with all Physical Inventories. * Responsible for organization of all return packages, including logging and reshipment. * Responsible for order requests received through the Central Fill work requests and email and all  * associated deadlines * Assist with supplier product recalls and their timely return to vendor; maintain appropriate  * documentation from initial notification through product return. * Assist with inventory audits to eliminate expired drugs in inventory, including documentation for  * reverse distributors. * Stock medications according to FEFO inventory system.  * Provide support to the Inventory Department. * Assist with general clerical duties and filing. * Respect and maintain confidentiality guidelines of HIPAA.  * Follow and aid in enforcement of all company policies and procedures * Responsible for other duties assigned. Education and Experience * High School Diploma or equivalent * Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred  * Previous inventory experience preferred * Pervious pharmacy experience preferred * Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Attention to detail. * Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once. * Ability to communicate effectively, patiently and courteously. * Focused team player, who can work in conjunction with pharmacists, other departments,  * customers, and management. * Work independently with little supervision and meet daily deadlines. * Ability to perform repetitious work accurately. Work Environment / Physical Demands  This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients.
